EFIRA or Experts` Forum of Investigators in Russain Arctic is a unique decentralized network organization of experts. The main goal of its work is sustainable development of the Russian High North and strenghtening of international cooperation in the Arctic.
Everywhere and nowhere. It is a decentralized network. The EFIRA`s structure may have an unlimited number of "cells" and "branches" in Russia and other countries. The first "branch" is currently located in the city of Murmansk, Russain Federation. EFIRA offices in other parts of Russain Arctic zone are expected to appear soon.
Everyone can be a member of EFIRA without any gender, language, religion, race, citizenship, political or other types of discrimination. Arctic is in need of young, active, and experienced specialists, scientists, programmers, engineers, ecologists, travelers, artists, and other kinds of experts.
EFIRA membership provides arctic experts with an opportunity to publish articles, and to dispute their points of viev using the big international portal free of charge.
Also you can use an expanding database of people, projects and events with a convenient searching mechanism.
All EFIRA experts can use EFIRA portal as a social network for fast and effective communication.

Also you can get an invitation from one of the distinquished EFIRA experts, who have a right to invite experts independently.
You can add an article from your account in English, Russian, German, Norwegian, other languages or in monolingual variant. EFIRA`s engine understands text from different text editors, and has a build-in editing functions. Also you can attach pictures, schemes, pdf-files, etc.
Every article can be rated and commented.

People, whose work is related to Arctic, know that information about different project is dessemenated, and it is quite difficult to search for them. Because of that a lot of interesting projects don`t have enough specialists, because people haven`t known about them in a good time.
EFIRA`s solution is to build a decentralized mechanism of arctic project database filling. Every expert can add information about projects, grants, vacancies, jobs that he or she knows. Also you have a unique opportunity to promote your own project with EFIRA`s help.
